I placed an order but never got a confirmation...

Please contact us if you haven't received an email within 30 minutes of placing your order (usually you will get it immediately, but some services such as AOL can take longer). Our customer service reps are always able to determine if your email confirmation somehow was skipped, or if your order just plain didn't go through.  We also recommend that you double-check the spelling of your email address.
