I still haven't gotten my order!

All product ordered by 11:30 ET will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 ET will ship the next business day. Orders containing new and used product may ship from different locations and therefore may arrive separately. But, of course, it takes them some time to get your package to you.

Some orders may include backordered, preordered or special order items and not ship as promptly as others. Please check your Order Status to see if any items have become backordered. If not, please feel free to contact us for an estimated shipment date. 

If you chose USPS First Class Mail, please allow 3-7 additional business days for delivery (6-10 business days total. If you chose Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 additional business days to receive your package. (5-8 business days total.) If you choose UPS Ground Mail, please allow 2-4 additional business days to receive your package. (4-6 business days total.) If you chose Second Day Mail, please allow a full 2 business days to receive your package. (2-3 business days total depending on what time your package shipped.) If you chose Next Day Mail, please allow a full business day to receive your package.

Your Priority Mail package is considered lost after 20 days (15 business days). 1st Class Mail packages may take up to 30 days (20 business days). If you still haven't received your order in this time frame, please feel free to contact us.
