What's my incoming product due date?
You have 30 days from our original ship date to you, to return your sell items. You can check this at anytime by looking at your Order Status. We will send you a couple reminders to send us the product. If you have already mailed the product when you get one of those reminders, please respond to that message telling us so. That way we can mark your account indicating that the product is on its way. When you get a third reminder from us (which means time is up!), and your items still have not been received, you must respond to that message immediately and let us know they're on the way! If we don't hear from you, we will assume that you have decided not to send us your trade-ins, and charge your credit card for the full amount of the order. Spun.com is not responsible for lost trade items or trade items received after the order has been closed-out.
It is our policy that once we have gone through the work (and cost) of charging a credit card for items that did not arrive in time, we will not refund that credit card even if the product arrives at a later date. We will still accept that product, but it will be checked in at the current offering price (maybe higher, maybe lower than what you originally locked in with your order) and the resultant credit will be applied to your account as in-house Spun Credit.
