What if my sell items are rejected?
If we reject your items we would love to get them back to you. Even scratched items for which we have paid you 25% credit can be returned to you for up to 30 days after your order was checked in by us. All we ask is either you pay $4.00 to cover the shipping and handling, or you place another order with us that includes outgoing USED product and we'll be happy to pay the additional cost of including your rejected items in that shipment to you. You can request your rejected or scratched sell items back up to 30 days after they are checked in. Please be sure to contact us regarding your items within the 30-day time frame. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your items will be destroyed, recycled, sold in bulk, turned into coasters, or any other means we see fit to try to recoup our costs.
If you have received a payout via Paypal or other method you will need to return those funds to Spun within the 30 day period before any items can be returned.
Prior to April 1, 2008 Spun rejected scratched discs. We will now pay you 25% of the quoted price for scratched items. The scratches must be light, no gouges, chips, cracks etc. If discs are gouged or have heavy scratches, they will be rejected completely and no credit will be offered.
By promising to sell to Spun, you are willing to accept our policy of paying 25% of the original quoted price for scratched items. If you send scratched items, and your total credit does not exceed your outgoing order total, your credit card will automatically be charged the difference between the offer we made to you at the time of your order, and the 25% credit that you will actually receive. If you have credit in your Spun account, this credit will be utilized before your credit card is charged.
