When do you charge me?
We never charge for an order until it's been made as complete as possible. If an item needs to be canceled from the order, we'll change the order total BEFORE we charge your card. You'll always be notified via email when this happens.
If your trade-ins are not received within the 30 day time frame, you will be contacted via email and given 24 hours to respond, after which we will assume that you have decided not to send us your trade-ins, and charge your credit card for the full amount of the order. Spun.com is not responsible for lost sell items. All orders which are not reconciled within 60 days of shipment, will be sent to our Collections Department and may accrue additional interest and collection charges. We suggest that you contact us if you feel that your sell items will not be received within the allotted time frame.
