I need to change account info on an order...
To enter a new credit card number into the site, here are a few simple directions to follow:- Log on with your email address and password
- Click on 'Edit my shipping & billing info'
- Enter your new card # in 'number on card' space
When you have entered your new card #, make sure that the expiration date and type of card is correct. Also, make sure that the billing address in your account corresponds with the new credit card.
If you are correcting you credit card information because of a billing error with a current order, contact us and let us know to apply this new card to your current order. Simply changing the information in your account won't apply that information to an existing order unless you let us know.
To change your address on a current order, please contact us with your order number and your new address. Please note orders containing new items cannot be updated with new addresses.
