My Order Status Page says to contact customer service...
This means you need to update your credit card on the site and then contact us informing us your account is current. To enter a new card number into the site, here are a few simple directions to follow:
- Log on with your email address and password
- Click on 'Edit my shipping & billing info'
- Enter your new card # in 'number on card' space
When you have entered your new card #, make sure that the expiration date and type of card is correct. Also, make sure that the billing address in your account corresponds with the new credit card.
