You sure can! Just place an exchange or sell order and choose your desired payment method upon check-out. You can always cash out your account of online credit at 100% of its value -- excluding promotional credit, which is not redeemable for cash. If you place an exchange order, your credit will first be applied towards your order total. Any remaining credit may be cashed out.
