When will it ship?

Please check your Order Status to see if any items have become backordered. If not, please feel free to contact us for a shipment date.

Items that do not ship within 48 hours of ordering will be marked as "Backordered". It almost always means we have just run out of that item and will have it in stock within 3-5 days. Don't worry, you will not be charged for a Backordered item until it ships. When a backorder is shipped we will contact you by e-mail.

After our best effort, if it's determined that this item cannot be obtained (10-12 days),  it will be cancelled and your charges will be adjusted accordingly. You'll be notified via email when that happens.
