Backordered Items

Items that do not ship within 48 hours of ordering will be marked as "Backordered". It almost always means we have just run out of that item and will have it in stock within 3-5 days.  When a backorder is shipped we will contact you by e-mail. . Don't worry -- we will not charge shipping and handling if a backordered item is sent separately from other items unless you have selected “ship as available” as your shipping option. You will only be billed once for shipping, and we will not bill the purchase price of the backordered item until it ships.

After our best effort, if it's determined that this item cannot be obtained (10-12 days),  it will be cancelled and your charges will be adjusted accordingly. You'll be notified via email when that happens.
