What happened to the stuff in my cart?

Perhaps you stepped away from your computer for dinner or a movie. Because many customers are looking for the same products, shopping carts inactive for more than 90 minutes are emptied, so that the items can be re-shelved and made available for other customers. If only one copy of an item is in stock and that copy was placed in a shopping cart as part of an unfinished order, it will take approximately ninety minutes before that item becomes available again. If it does not reappear on the site after that time, it's possible that somebody else was able to buy it as soon as it was re-posted.
