due to an error in pricing received from a supplier, we reserve the right to cancel

case such error should occur, and your credit card will be promptly issued a credit
for the amount of the incorrect price.
Receiving an order confirmation via email does not signify our acceptance of your
order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for
any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt
of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any product or service.
The buy and sell prices for used titles are based on supply and demand and fluctuate
in real time depending on our stock of a particular item, the current demand, and
industry standards. The more copies of a title we have in stock, the less you'll
pay to purchase it. The more people who want copies of a title, the more credit
we'll give you for it.
When selling to Spun, "Sorry, we're overbought!" appears on a price quote when it has reached its lowest level. At that point, Spun has acquired and/or *been promised* more copies of a given title than we expect to sell in a certain period of time.
The rule of thumb: what we'll PAY for an item goes down as copies are *promised* to us; the prices for which we'll SELL an item go down as copies are *checked in* at our warehouse. This lag time between buy and sell can create a "You buy it for thirty cents and sell it for nine dollars?! You're either great businessmen or crooks!" misperception.
