Your system says you can't verify my credit card...

This happens every once in a while, and it's very annoying. We send the address info you've given us for your account to your bank, for them to confirm that it is correct. They then tell us yes or no. Apparently they were telling us no.

VERY small things make some banks unable to match an address. "PO Box" vs. "P.O. Box" is a notorious example. Some banks get all persnickety about the zip code, too. It could also be a computer malfunction somewhere along the line.

Here's what we would do:

1) Try again after a few hours and see if the problem persists.
2) Check your bank statement and put in EXACTLY what you see there.
3) Call the bank.
