Where's my credit?

If you choose PayPal, payment will be made within 5 business days of your products arrival, inspection, and check-in at our warehouse. Payments are always made to the email address associated with your Spun account.

If you choose credit, credit will be placed into your Spun account for future purchases or for cash-out upon your products arrival, inspection, and check-in at our warehouse.

If your items have already been checked in for more than 5 business days and you have not received payment yet, please contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your credit. Please be sure to include any relevant order numbers.
