I need to return my order...

Spun.com completely guarantees all of its merchandise to be free of defects. If you are unhappy with the condition of an item we sent you, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will either replace or refund the product.

When making a return request, please provide us with the following info:
1. Your order number
2. The title(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for the return

We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) as well as the necessary instructions for returning the item(s) to us. Please note that we can only accept returns that are the result of an error by Spun.com or if the item is defective. Also note that Spun.com does not allow new Game returns. Should a game you purchase be defective, only an exchange for the same title on the same platform is allowed. Video Games may or may not include an instruction manual. Should you need a manual, you most likely can download one from http://www.replacementdocs.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you selected the wrong item, or it turned out to be something other than you expected, you're always welcome to sell that item back to us in a future order. Any unauthorized returns may result in additional restocking fees or refusal.
