Frequently Asked Questions (Canadian Customers) Searching & Browsing How do I find the exact item I'm looking for? Searching is easy and simple on Spun.com. We offer many different searching options. For instance, if you're searching for a particular song by a particular band, you can search by song title, band name or album title. You can also search for a DVD by title, actor, director, crew or studio. To search for a particular game you can search by title or company. We also offer genre searching for CDs and DVDs, and for games we offer genre and platform searching. If you are selling CDs to Spun.com you can take advantage of our UPC search for CDs, DVDs and games. Just enter the TWELVE numbers associated with the bar code. Or you can use your :CueCatT Reader to scan your CDs so you can get credit fast! I got a lot of my CDs from a music club, and when I search for them by UPC code, nothing shows up. Will you still accept these? Yes, we accept music and movie club discs for full credit. Since music club CDs use non-standard UPCs, just search for those particular items by 'artist' or 'title' rather than by using the UPC code. If the track listing and cover are the same, we'll accept the disc. If you still can't find the disc, just contact our Customer Service Department and we'll give you a real time quote within one business day.
