Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
U.S. First Class mail shipping is only $1.99 plus $0.99
per item. (So a one item order by First Class Mail is
$2.98 shipping and handling)
Priority mail shipping is now $3.99 plus $0.99
per item. (So a one item order by Priority Mail is
$4.98 shipping and handling)
UPS Ground shipping is $4.99 plus $0.99
per item. (So a one item order
by UPS Ground is $5.98 shipping and handling)
I'm trying to find out when and if an order I recently placed
was shipped. How do I go about doing this?
Click on Order
Status from the top right of any page and it will show you the
status of every order you've placed and whether the order was processed,
shipped, backordered, deleted or cancelled. If you are still concerned,
please feel free to contact our Customer
Service Department, and we will be happy to answer any questions
you may have.
How long will it take to get my order?
All product ordered by 11:30 ET will ship the same business day. Orders
received after 11:30 ET will ship the next business day. Orders
containing new and used product may ship from different locations and
therefore may arrive separately. We do this to get the products to you as
fast as possible. Even if you receive multiple shipments you will never be
charged more than the shipping fee contained in your order. You can
see if and when you order was shipped by clicking on
Order Status.
Some orders may include backordered items and not ship as promptly as
others. Please check your
Order Status
to see if any items have become backordered. If not, please feel free to
contact us for a delivery date.
Does Spun.com accept orders world-wide?
Yes. Spun is currently accepting orders from a select number
of countries world wide. We are taking the necessary steps
to expand our list of countries soon.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?
Only if you've ordered or preordered new items. We ship used
product so quickly these days, that there's just no time to alter
used-only orders. If you've ordered new product, just contact our
Customer Service Department and we will
be happy to attempt to combine the two orders, provided neither of
them have been shipped.
It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received my order.
When do you consider packages "lost in transit"?
If you choose USPS First Class Mail, please allow a minimum of 3-7
additional business days for delivery. (6-10 business days total.)
If you choose Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 additional business days
to receive your package. (5-8 business days total.)
(At least that's what the USPS tells us! We've had reports of much longer
delivery times...so please be patient. There's no need to really worry
unless your order hasn't shown-up after 15-20 business days. At that
point, you may want to contact our customer service dept.)
Note that we've shipped hundreds of thousands of packages and our
experience has shown us that while some do get delayed, almost all of
them eventually show up. If you contact us prior to the 20 business day
waiting period we will check to make sure the package did actually ship
from our warehouse, but we will have to wait until 20 days have passed
before we can reship the order.
