Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
International shipping rates are based on the country your order is being shipped to
and the number of items being ordered. To see the shipping charges, add desired products
to your cart, then click on "checkout" and select your country of residence.
I'm trying to find out when and if an order I recently placed
was shipped. How do I go about doing this?
Click on ORDER
STATUS from the top right of any page and it will show you the
status of every order you've placed and whether the order was processed,
shipped, backordered, deleted or cancelled. If you are still concerned,
please feel free to contact our Customer
Service Department, and we will be happy to answer any questions
you may have.
How long will it take to get my order?
Well, that depends. Most orders are boxed and delivered to the U.S.
Post Office in Chicago within three business days. But, of course,
it takes them some time to get your package to you. It generally takes
Global Airmail Letter Post 7-10 additional business days for delivery.
(At least that's what the USPS tells us! We've had reports of much
longer delivery times.)
Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?
Only if you've ordered or preordered new items. We ship used
product so quickly these days, that there's just no time to alter
used-only orders. If you've ordered new product, just contact our
Customer Service Department and we will
be happy to attempt to combine the two orders, provided neither of
them have been shipped. |
