Returns
I'd like to return something that I bought as part of my last
order. How do you handle this?
We completely guarantee all the merchandise we sell against defects.
If you are unhappy with one of the items we sent you, contact our
Customer Service Department and let us
know the reason. We'll then get back to you with a Return Merchandise
Authorization (R.M.A.) as well as the necessary instructions for returning
the item. Please note that we can only cover handling and/or shipping
charges if the return is the result of an error on our end or a defective
item.
Please note that Spun.com does not allow new Game returns. Should a
game you purchase be defective, only an exchange for the same title on
the same platform is allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
If you selected the wrong item, or it turned out to be something other than
you expected, you're always welcome to sell that item back to us in a future
order. Any unauthorized returns may result in additional restocking fees or
refusal.
In your message, be sure to include:
1. Your order number
2. The title(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for the return
Please note: be sure to send your return via an insured carrier.
