Spun.com's Personal Information Gathering Practices
Spun.com actively collects information from its members to allow us to operate our site. Such information includes member first and last names, billing and shipping addresses, day and evening phone numbers, date of birth, credit card numbers and email addresses. We collect this information when members complete registration.

Additionally, Spun.com utilizes "cookies" to track our members through their user sessions, collecting information on user tastes and preferences. This information is not sold or shared with others, and is solely used to provide Spun users with a better online experience. External vendors have not agreed at this time to keep this information confidential or secure. Spun.com does not warrant that once disclosed, this information will be used for its intended purposes.

From time to time, Spun may receive legal inquiries from law enforcement agencies and other third parties regarding the sale of merchandise by members. These inquiries may relate to fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights or similar unlawful activities. Spun has the right (and by using the services of this site you specifically authorize Spun) to disclose information about you, in Spun's sole discretion, to such law enforcement agencies and third parties as Spun determines is necessary to aid in the investigation of unlawful activities (civil and criminal).

Magazine Subscriptions
Your SPUN trade-in program includes up to 2 one-year subscriptions to the magazines listed within your trade-in enrollment form. Your subscriptions will begin as soon as you make a purchase using the trade-in value that was received. There are no hidden obligations, and you will not receive any bills. The cost of the subscription(s) is included in this trade-in order. If you decide that you do not want the subscription(s) included in your order, simply send a self-addressed stamped envelope to ValueMags, 212 W Superior St., Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60610 and you will be refunded $5.00 for each cancelled subscription, or $4.99 for Sync, or $9.97 for FHM. US subscribers only. Limit one per household.

Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications at any time. Requests for opting-out of mailings should be sent to our Customer Service Department.
