All registered Spun.com members can join SpunClub regardless of location, occupation, or music and movie tastes.  You must make at least one qualifying purchase per year to remain a member. Click here to join.

Will My Information Be Shared With Other Companies?

Spun.com is committed to the complete privacy and security of your shopping experience. No outside firm or entity will be able to view your account information, your purchasing history, or your credit card number. Your personal information will not be sold, and you can withdraw your name and close your account at any time. We encourage all Spun.com users to review our Privacy Policy if you have any other questions.

What are Points? How Do I Earn Them?

As long as you have registered at Spun.com and are currently a SpunClub member, you will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise as long as you place your order through www.spun.com .  Reward Certificates and SpunClub Points are not offered to any Partner Store purchases. Funds spent on tax or shipping do not qualify and will not result in Points. Gift Certificate Purchase does not qualify and will not result in SpunClub Points. SpunClub Points and Reward Certificates have no cash value.

You must make at least one qualifying purchase per year to remain a member and continue to receive points. Points will automatically be applied to your SpunClub Account Section once your purchase has been finalized and your order has been closed for 60 days. Once you’ve earned 100 points, a Reward Certificate of $5.00 will be automatically emailed to you and a deduction of 100 points will automatically occur. Reward Certificates are also viewable from your SpunClub Account Section. This credit is good towards any future order. This credit may not be cashed out or applied towards the purchase of Gift Certificates. The $5.00 Reward Certificate expires in 90 days and must be used before then. We’re sorry to say that we are unable to reactivate Reward Certificates after 90 days.

Every 100 points results in a $5.00 Reward Certificate. Partial Credit is not issued for partial points.  This means if you spend $110.00 on merchandise, it would result in a $5 Reward Certificate towards your next order and 10 points.  Reward Certificates are coupons for discounts off future purchases and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the certificates presented for redemption, excluding sales tax.  Reward Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts.

When Do I Start Earning Points?

You will begin accumulating your points once you have signed up for SpunClub and have finalized a purchase. Points will not be granted for purchases made prior to membership.

Reward Certificates are also viewable from your SpunClub Account Section. This credit is good towards any future order. This credit may not be cashed out or applied towards the purchase of Gift Certificates. Funds spent on tax or shipping do not qualify and will not result in points. Gift Certificate Purchase will not result in points. The $5.00 Reward Certificate expires in 90 days and must be used before then.

How Do I Keep Track Of My Points?

Simply click on "My Account" at the top of this page to log into your account. Here you will be able to view the points you have earned, your Reward Certificates and your membership information.

What Happens To My Points If I Return An Item?

Points will automatically be applied to your SpunClub Account Section once your purchase has been finalized and your order has been closed for 60 days. Spun.com does not allow returns or exchanges after 30 days. If you return an item before then, you will not receive points for the merchandise total of your return. Funds spent on tax or shipping do not qualify and will not result in points.

If My Friends And Family Use SpunClub Do I Earn Extra Points?

Membership to SpunClub and Points earned are non transferable. At this time we do not offer a referral program or affiliate points.

I Never Got My Certificate!

Reward Certificates are automatically emailed to the email address associated with your Spun.com Account. If you have a SPAM filter, please make sure to set it to allow messages coming from Spun.com, otherwise you might not get your Reward Certificate. If you still haven’t received your Reward Certificate, simply click on "My Account" on the top of this page to login, view and track all Reward Certificates and SpunClub points.
