Setting up your account
From our sign
up page, you'll need to enter a few
pieces of information to establish your
personal account. Pick a password that you
will remember (we can help if you forget)
and a shipping address that allows for the
greatest likelihood of delivery. Click the
MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of any page if
you ever need to make changes (i.e. a new
shipping address or different credit card
information). Please know that all of your
information is private and will not be shared
with or sold to any outside firms.
Privacy Guarantee
Spun.com is committed to the complete privacy
and security of your shopping experience.
No outside firm or entity will be able to
view your account information, purchasing
history, or credit card number. Your information
will never be sold, and you can withdraw
your name and close your account at any
time. The data we collect from your e-mail
and account information page is used specifically
for enhancing the features of Spun.com,
so that we can continue to upgrade your

Searching
Searching
The default search can be accessed at the
top of every page. It searches by keyword,
creator, title, and more! The Sell page
allows you to search by title or UPC code.
Tips when searching by creator:
If you are unsure about the spelling of
a particular name, enter the first three
characters of the name and click on FIND
IT. A search for a last name may be most
efficient. However, if you are unsure of
the specific last name, you might try searching
for the first name. Once you are presented
with the alphabetical list of those who
meet your search criteria, click on the
name of the specific person you're looking
for.
Tips when searching by title:
Enter the main words of the title. It's
best if you leave out common words such
as "the," "and" etc. Also try searching
by the first few letters of title word(s),
making sure to include the main words in
the title. If you know an entire title,
typing it all in may give you the most accurate,
refined search results.

Buying
Using your Cart
When you find a title you want to add to
your shopping cart, simply click the "Buy"
button next to the price. If you select
a title and then change your mind about
purchasing it, just go to your shopping
cart and click DELETE next to the item to
remove it from your cart.
Import items
Please note that due to overseas shipping
and importing procedures, all imports may
require four weeks or more for delivery.
Many Japanese and European items can require
even more time for shipping to the US than
British Imports. All may be subject to this
four week minimum delivery time. Backorders
Items that go out of stock after they have
been ordered will be marked "Item on Backorder"
on your packing slip. We hate when this
happens too, and it almost always means
we have just run out of that item and will
have it in stock within a few days. Don't
worry -- we will not charge shipping and
handling if a backordered item is sent separately
from other items. You will only be billed
once for shipping, and we will not bill
the purchase price of the backordered item
until it ships.

Payment
Options
Credit Cards
Spun.com currently accepts credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express. We realize your credit card information is sensitive,
and we have taken every step to secure and protect your card number.
We advise all of our users to do the same by never sending
your credit card number or Spun password via email. Spun.com utilizes
SSL encryption technology. For more information, see our "Secure
Site Statement" below. Your credit card will not be charged until
each item is ready to ship.
Secure Site Statement
Spun.com utilizes a number of encryption and security devices to make your
shopping experience a safe and happy one. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) technology to encrypt your information before it is sent over the
Internet. All of your personally identifiable data is private and is never
shared with or bought by any outside organization. We advise all of our
users to protect their credit card number by never sending that
number (or your Spun password) via email. Our Customer Service
representatives will never ask you for this vital information.
Instead, you can securely update your credit card by logging in and visiting
your Account Page.

Shipping
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation
email when your package ships. Here are
links and toll free numbers of all package
carriers used by Spun.com. Once you have
followed the link to the appropriate shipper
site, you will be prompted for the shipment
tracking number. You can find this number
at the bottom of the confirmation email
message sent to you at the time of shipment.
Shipping and Handling
U.S. First Class mail shipping is just $1.99 plus $.99 per item.
(So a one item order by First Class Mail is $2.98 shipping and handling.)
Priority mail shipping is now $3.99 plus $.99 per item. (So a one item order by
Priority Mail is $4.98 shipping and handling.) UPS Ground shipping is $4.99 plus $.99 per item.
(So a one item order by UPS Ground is $5.98 shipping and handling.)
International orders
Although Spun.com is in the process of implementing
international shipment options, we are currently
unable to ship orders internationally. All
credit cards used to purchase items on our
site must be drawn from U.S. banks. We cannot
process credit cards from outside the U.S.
Tips for Shipping
You know what works best for you, so we
encourage you to choose the shipper that
can deliver to your desired destination
quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind that
UPS will not leave packages without a signature,
unless specifically instructed. UPS will
not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Schedule
All product ordered by 11:30 ET will ship the same business
day. Orders received after 11:30 ET will ship the next
business day. Orders containing new and used product may
ship from different locations and therefore may arrive
separately. But, of course, it takes them some time to get
your package to you.
If you chose USPS First Class Mail, please allow 3-7
additional business days for delivery.
If you choose Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 additional
business days to receive your package. (5-8 business days
total.)
Your Priority Mail package is considered lost after 20
days. 1st Class Mail packages may take up to 30 days (20
business days). If you still haven't received your order in
this time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Some orders may include backordered items and not ship as
promptly as others. Please check your Order Status to see
if any items have become backordered. If not, please feel
free to contact us for a delivery date.

Returns
Return Policy
We completely guarantee all of our merchandise to be free of defects. If you are unhappy with the condition of an item we sent you, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will either replace or refund the product.
When making a return request, please provide us with the following info:
1. Your order number
2.
The title(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for the return
We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) as well as the necessary instructions for returning the item(s) to us. Please note that we can only accept returns that are the result of an error by Spun.com or if the item is defective. Also note that Spun.com does not allow new Game returns. Should a game you purchase be defective, only an exchange for the same title on the same platform is allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you selected the wrong item, or it turned out to be something other than you expected, you're always welcome to sell that item back to us in a future order. Any unauthorized returns may result in additional restocking fees or refusal.
